When I pick the dates it shows the price as 69.00 so will I get the 59.00 rate with the food voucher when I enter my credit card info?

This deal is available from $49 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as some dates will sell out and other nights are more expensive. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.

So if one needs to cancel, as long as it is 48 hours or more prior to the reservation, it is refundable through Groupon? Is there a cancellation fee?

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund through Groupon as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once you've booked, you will not be able to reschedule your stay.
