A bit pricey but a nice stay close to Yosemite National Park entrance The room was nice, the bed decent, the shower was amazing, and the hot tub excellent. The check in staff was friendly although a bit hard to understand. There’s a park across the street and the area was very nice. The negatives: the housekeeping storage was right next door and the noise was loud in the early morning and the air conditioner was noisy.

Charming vibe but faulty infrastructure I stayed with my mom and my brother for our vacation to Yosemite. The hotel's vibe is charming and on-theme. But, my main issue was that the power outlets in our room were too loose; all of our chargers kept falling out. (We had to prop them up or use portable batteries.) Also, a wall in the bathroom had a damaged section.

I wouldn’t stay here again Sadly, our stay here wasn’t great. It is a super convenient location for travelling into the park which was fab! The river opposite the motel was also beautiful and really peaceful, but unfortunately the positives end there. We asked for a refurbed room but we didn’t get this. The sheets on the bedding were stained and the thread was coming out of them from overuse. We asked for a blanket to replace the stained duvet and this was also stained when delivered. Bedding and linens are inexpensive and could improve the quality of the stay massively - I am unsure why these have not been replaced. Due to the stains, I didn’t really feel comfortable that the room was properly cleaned and I was on edge for our stay. A shame as this place could be great - perhaps the refurbed rooms are better but I can’t comment on that.

Ok place to stay near Yosemite We stayed here for 3 nights because all accommodation in the park was full. The lodge is located before the entrance to Yosemite, it is about a 20 to 30 minutes drive to the village. Our room was quite large for a motel room but the air conditioner was very noisy, so much so that we had to turn it off at night to sleep (which resulted in our room being quite warm during the night). We ate at the diner and the restaurant which were both adequate but not great. I would pay more to stay at a hotel or lodge in the valley if there is availability. Having said that, I really enjoyed our trip to Yosemite. The park is always great regardless of where you spend the night.
