So much to offer- just need to tweak a few things to make it fabulous! Picked staying here after much research. Why? Because of its close proximity to the Arch entrance and its river front location with kitchenette and private outdoor space! There is quite a bit to praise here- super comfy soft beds with lovely white bedding. And very pleasant staff that keep the rooms SPOTLESS! We wanted a kitchenette room with outdoor eating after being in Las Vegas for 5 days stuck in air conditioning and having expensive dinners every night. And the ability to cook some healthy natural food and sit outside to enjoy it. But the way the outdoor patios are designed, they are not private on the 1st floor rooms. You have people within 10’ of you! After crowds all day, how wonderful would it be to just sit with your mate to listen to the loud Merced River as it flows directly below your patio!!! And not have people right next to you. But the lack of privacy on the patios is a BIG disappointment. Why not put a solid barrier fencing material on each side only to border off each patio from each other? That’s our suggestion, hope you consider it.

Do not recommend We paid $433 a night for a “River view” room but were given one facing the hot tubs, then moved to another blocked by a tree. Management never responded to my complaint or photos. This feels like a scam; charging for views that don’t exist.. and the lack of customer service says it all. The rooms are also really dated, carpets are gross, and the mattress was lumpy. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
