We have a list of about 22 wineries in Loudoun & Fauquier counties who have provided us with tasting coupons. You will choose three of them once you arrive.

Q:

The deal is for a 2-bedroom suite, yet the Room description says one queen bed, except for the Rose room, which has one king bed. This confused us. We have a family of 6 adults and one 2-yr-old and we want to come for a 4-night stay. How would this work?

Courtney S.  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

The deal is for 2 people to stay in one of our 2-bedroom suites for 2 nights. You may bring an additional two people to stay in the suite for an extra $25 per night. The maximum occupancy for a 2-bedroom suite is 4 people. If you have 6 people and a two year old and want to stay 4 nights, you would need to buy 4 vouchers and then have 4 people stay in a 2-bedroom suite for 4 nights and 2 people & the 2 year old stay in another suite for 4 nights. Hope this helps.

Q:

Hi...Looks like a lovely place to a short stay! Is staying in the Cottage an upgrade and if so how much would the upgrade be? We travel with our Pekeginese who has cancer and needs her medsa so we can't leave her at a kennel or at home and I see the cottage is pet friendly. Thank you in advance...we did stay at the Strausburg Hotel with our dog last year!!!! Dave S.

David S.  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

Thanks for your question about upgrading to the cottage and bringing your dog. We will upgrade you to the cottage for no extra charge subject to availability. You are welcome to bring your dog (and he/she can stay in any room in the main house as well as the cottage) for a $10 per night pet fee. We look forward to hosting you (and your dog)!

Q:

Hi, This looks like an amazing deal! I am very interested, but I am wondering; is transportation to & from the wine tours included in the groupon $269 package? Thank you, Leah

Leah S.  asked on  Jan 22, 2013

A:

Transportation to and from wineries is not included. For three wineries a private limo service would probably run about $60 per person and we can also check if we can get a service that has multiple people at a bit of a reduced price.
