If I don't see or hear a ghost, can I get a refund?

Amy R.  asked on  Dec 17, 2012

A:

No. We don't make up the stories at Captain Grant's. If some one says they can guarantee you a ghost sighting then it's phony. You do not get your money back. Carol

Hi, I am trying to find a location to host a yoga retreat. We usually have 12-16 people and are used to sharing rooms. We would need a room large enough to hold yoga class. Would you have anything suitable for that. Thanks, June

Q:

I'm thinking of taking advantage of this deal for my mother and her friend. The fine print says "Adding occupants above standard: $25 per additional adult; $15 per additional child 17 or younger" So is it only necessary to purchase one groupon deal then pay an additional $25 for the additional guest? Also if considering the $25 pet option does it need to be purchased with the groupon or can that be paid at a later time if needed?

Tim S.  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

A:

The special is for two people or less. Your mother's friend would not have to pay extra unless there was a third person. You would pay for the pet upon arrival. If you are getting this as a gift you can call me at 800-982-1772 and pay the dog fee and tax directly with me. Carol
