Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

instead of using the $25 toward the spa, could we use it toward the 3 course dinner, so we would be able to apply $50 toward dinner?

marcy c.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

Hi Marcy, the $25 vouchers issue at arrival, that are good toward the prix-fixe gourmet dinner for 2 and a 50-minute massage, must be used separately. If you stay multiple nights you will receive vouchers for each night of your stay and in that case the voucher must still be used individually and not combined. We look forward to your visit. Best Regards, Andy

mariola z.  asked on  Nov 18, 2012

A:

Hi Moriola, to stay the weekend, Friday and Saturday nights, you would purchase a weekend groupon. The condo hotel suite would be fine for 2 adults and your 17 year old. You'd probably want another room for yous mother. The suite has one queen bed and one double sofa. Best, Andy

Q:

Is this valid for jan 18-21 2013 does not say you can't use over the holiday we are celebrating my husband 60th with my family. This would be perfect. also what does the condominium hotel suite offer how many people fits in this room. Laura

Laura M.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

Hi Laura, the Castle is a great place for a celebration. Unfortunately we are sold out of the rooms that the groupon is valid for on the Martin Luther King weekend. We have larger condominiums available that may work out well for a family. Please call us at 802-226-7361. Kind Regards, Andy
