A:

Gratuities are not included in the price of the Groupon. Breakfast is served 7am-10am, Lunch is 12:30pm-2:30pm, and Dinner is 6:30pm-9:30pm.

Several questions have appeared regarding gratuties charged (not included in the Groupon Deal). It is answered by saying it depends on what option you chose. Okay, say I want to take Option 2 (five nights) how much would it cost per person or per room? I am assuming gratuties to be both food and cleaning services. How much each day???? Thanks.

The Groupon deal mentions accommodations are in a "Superior Guest Room". On the hotel's website is that the "Superior Garden View Room"? Also is smoking allowed on the balconey/Terrace of the hotel room???

HI, I have some questions about this deal: How far is this Hotel from the airport? Is there any straight flight from Toronto to nearby airport ? ,Do we need to get our tickets just from Expedia with this deal or other centers are ok too? do we have the option to go to other Hotels around with this hotel's wrist band to use facilities ( not sure if they give us wrist band at our arrival that show we are the hotels guests or not), Do we have the full refound option if there was not available rooms for the dates that we look to book? Is this price covers 2 adoults and we just need to get our flight tickets? Is this price included Taxes as well? Thank you for your concern.
