Is this hotel actually ON the beach? Do you have to leave the property to go to the beach? Is the water calm enough for swimming and how warm is the water? Thank you.

They are a located near the beach. You can swim in the water and the temperatures range from 60-70 degrees.

Gratuity is not included in the price of the Groupon. Transportation is not included, but cabs are available for $35 each way.
