I noticed it says you have four restaurants on site. I know it is off season, will the restaurants be open for the groupon voucher dates?

A:

During our ofo season the only restaurant outlet that is closed is the Downstairs Deli. The others will be open with seasonal hours in effect.

Is there a lake view king available Dec. 14-16? I emailed earlier and it was at the time of my inquiry, but we didn't think we would be able to come that weekend. Q:

I noticed your website said there was a $25 charge to access the steam room, sauna, indoor & outdoor hot tubs. Is this fee per guest per day or is it inclusive of the room occupants per visit or how does that work? Also, is the outdoor hot tub open year round or is it seasonal? And, there is a hot tub listed with the indoor pool, but also hot tubs listed with the spa services. Is there a free hot tub by the pool to use? The Groupon also says that Daily Wi-Fi is included, but your website says there's a $10/day charge for Wi-Fi. Is Wi-Fi included in the Groupon price?

A:

There is a $25.00 charge per person per day to access the Spa Chateau for the use of the spa amenites without having a spa treatment. Your $25.00 resort credit can go towards that charge. During the winter months both outdoor hot tubs are not in service. Our indoor pool facilities which is open 24/7 (unless closed for maintenance) does have a hot tub for the use of our guests. After 10:00pm the facility is for the use of Adults only. The Wi-Fi usage fee is included in the Group offer price.

Q:

I'd love to come stay on 12/28 and 12/29, however, I'm shuffling children around to make this happen. Can I book the room as soon as the Groupon is purchased or is there a delay before I can do so? I'm just concerned that I'll have everything set with my schedule and then those dates will be gone. Thanks!

A:

After you have purchased your Groupon offer it will take up to 48 hours before your Groupon voucher will be activated. The delay has to do with the amount of time it takes for your credit card payment to be processed by Groupon's CC merchant vendor. The dates that you have mentioned are during a time when we have a number of rooms still available to be booked and the chances of us being sold out is very slim.

I am told by my Groupon contact in Chicago that between 3:00 - 4:00 pm CST additional inventory for Lake View rooms will be added to our Groupon offer.

I know we have limited availability on the dates that you are inquiring about. With that said, I would suggest calling our Reservation Department at 1-888-333-5253 and they will be able to give you our current availability. As for extending your stay beyond the two nights; yes indeed the AARP discount would be extended off of our rack rate for the third night.
