Q:

I am considering booking the Sept. tour out of Vancouver for my wife and myself. I have 3 questions. 1. What temperatures might one expect in China in Sept.? 2. I see from the official Visa website that Visa cost for a Canadian citizen single entry is $50. and for group is $40. What would it then cost us for each visa if we had them done through your office, ie: an additional $39.? 3. In what currency is the package priced? Thank you. Gerry

Gerald B.  asked on  Apr 24, 2013

A:

Hi Gerry, the average temperature in September is about 80F. If you have Canadian passports and green card, we can apply for the visa here in the U.S. for you. The service fee is $39/person. This package is priced on U.S. dollars.

Q:

my husband and i are interested in the 9/5/13 tour but we would like to go to hong kong for a few days too. can we extend our tour to hong kong?

manivan v.  asked on  Apr 23, 2013

For this promotion, everyone needs to depart and return on the same day. If you want to extend your tour to Hong Kong, the price will be more expensive. Please send your inquiry to info@intertrips.com for an accurate quote.

Q:

My family of 4 want to go on your 7/4/13 trip but my daughter will be going to Hong Kong ahead of us in May, then meet us in Beijing. We will arrange her travel to HK & Beijing separately. She will come home with us as well. Is it possible to still use a Groupon trip for her travel? Do you still have 4 trips available for that time? Thanks, BH

Q:

Is this trip in China a "shopping tour" where we would be required to go to certain shops at each stop?

beverly  asked on  Apr 23, 2013

A:

This is not a shopping tour! Shopping tour spends most of the time shopping. Our tours spend most of the time touring. Our tour packages feature some shopping stops in each section. Each factory /store visit takes approximately 45 minutes. The first 15-20 minutes would be a short presentation by professionals on local culture & products. The rest of the time will be free on your own. Feel free to do some shopping or just rest your weary feet over a free cup of tea at the store. All the factories are on the way to a sightseeing spot, restaurant or your hotel. You have absolutely no obligation to purchase anything.
