Service was wonerful. Eventhough we had 2 young kids with us everyone was incredibly nice. People often get annoyed when they see we have young kids but this was not the case here.

Loved looking out the window and watching sailboats, sunset, walking the trail & having a great massage. Steam room is great. Food is good. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Same as above. I love everything about the Chrysalis, my very favourite boutique hotel. I love the excellent food and dining room, the lounge area, the pier, the trains, the staff, the pedicures, the dog-friendliness, great dog-walking right out the door, Fairhaven for shopping, the steambath, the decor, the cleanliness, the beds and linens, towels. I always feel welcome and at home here. My go-to get-away.
