We certainly appreciate your questions and would be delighted to assist you. Yes, gratuity is included in price quotation. Cocos offer complimentary Wi-Fi access to our guests; you can enjoy free access while chilling on the beach or event sipping on tea or coffee in our lounge area. Spa massages are not included in Groupon deals however we will ensure that as an add values to your stay a complimentary 30 minutes back massage per person per stay. You will be able to book massage at reception on day or arrival or during your stay

Can you please clarify the cancellation policy. If we cancel 15 days prior to our reservation~we will be refunded the entire amount of purchase? If this is correct, does the refund come from you (the hotel) or Groupon?

You are required to cancel reserve 15 days prior to your arrival dates, however if cancelled within 15 days cancellation period you 1 night stay will be deducted. refund will be handled via Group-on

Hi. We are planning on traveling with another couple. Each couple will seperately purchase a five night groupon deal. If we wanted to stay an extra two nights, could we purchase one additional four night special, and split it? (So we would each have additional two nights)?

Hello, I am interested in the premium plus cottage with AC, but I would like to know whether the doors and windows close or if they have to remain open. Also, what is the water temperature of the outdoor shower? And are there a lot of bugs or mosquitoes in the rooms or on the beach? thanks!

Our cottages are equipped with lockable doors and windows, the hotel provide hot and cold shower therefore you can adjust water temperature to your comfort. There are of course bugs all over the Caribbean; however Cocos Hotel takes measure to control insects by fogging on a daily basis, fogging helps to reduce the amount of bugs and mosquitoes on property
