I purchased the groupon and contacted the resort to book my stay. However, Reservation told me that I have to send them an e-mail to reserve my stay and attach the copy of the groupon in the e-mail. This is NOT what the reservation information states on the Groupon. Can you tell me why the reservation department isn't accepting reservations for this groupon?

The procedure is exactly what they mentioned by phone. All reservations are in writting because the reservation department must to send your confirmation in writting too. We already got your reservation request proccesing today, you will receive your confirmation very shortly. Thank you.
