It was not stated on the groupon that the buyer of the groupon would be required to attend a 3 hour, that is how long our's lasted, time share sales pitch. It did put a damper on our stay! The hotel staff was polite and professtional!

Hot, rainy September stay. But it was a great stay. This is most certainly not a luxury experience but the staff really made me feel safe as a split woman traveler. The wait staff, activities staff and everyone here is kind and makes you feel right at home. Food is affordable for the most part and good. The room was clean and the AC cranked out a cold room, thank goodness, as it was VERY humid and hot when I was there in September. The pool was a perfect temperature and clean. I got room service and stayed the whole time at the property and I was able to relax, be entertained and feel safe the entire 5 days I was there. It has timeshare people staying there but they absolutely never asked me to go to a meeting. The crowd is older, mostly retirees and some Mexican families. Not a place for exciting dance music or parties (which is what I like). It’s right in the water but the beach is rocky, so I kept to the pool. The workout room is small but well equipped. I recommend not going during the rainy season, as it was quite hot and humid and it rained every day. Oh also, the internet was fast and steady and the TV hooked seamlessly to my streaming accounts for Netflix and Disney+.
