By booking a stay at the doubletree magnificent mile in Chicago with this groupon offer, am I receiving a voucher to redeem with the hotel directly or am I actually booking the hotel reservation when I click BOOK on the date in the calendar?

A:

You already reserved your stay when you selected the dates on the calendar. For this deal, all you will need is to bring your Photo ID and credit card on your trip so that you can present it at check-in. You can print your Groupon voucher for your records.

Q:

In the fine print it states 48-hour cancellation notice required prior to check. So if I buy it and am unable to go but give the 48 hour notice - will my groupon account be refunded the full amount?

Yes, you will be refunded in full. You can process that refund in your Groupon account under your "My Groupons" section once signed in.
