Q:

Does your company provide the confirmation of the hotel reservation, a contract for provision of tourist services, and confirmation of reception of the tourist documents including the register number from the Uniform Federal Register of the Tour Operators of the Russian Federal Tourism Agency and the seal of the host organization (forms required for obtaining a Russian visa)? Your website indicates that for this trip, the "$250 Russian visa" is not included. A Russian visa for a US citizen costs $140. Is the additional $110 a mandatory fee your company levies?

Karen J.  asked on  Dec 9, 2012

A:

The Consulate charges $140 + $30 processing fee ( fixed fee in any consulate), all docs required to obtain visa and listed in your question are $25 per person, our service fee is $55 per person, total fee is $250. If you want to obtain visa yourself we will only charge you $25 for the invitation and vouchers required by the consulate. You can then apply on your own.
