Q:

I didn't see an expiration date for the offer. Do you have any of the less expensive rooms with two beds...they could be singles?

Gillian S.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

Gillian S - all offer reservations must be booked with the hotel by 3/15/13 with the stay taking place before 4/30/13. Option #1 is the best offer at $99 and the hotel does have Classic rooms with two beds (Queens). We do not have any single beds in the hotel. I hope this helps in your decision.

Q:

Is there availability for a two night King Parlor Suite March 16 & 17. How far in advance do you need to book spa services? Thank you

Erin M.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Erin N - you will need to call us to check on the availability of those dates (816-630-5500). We suggest you book as far in advance as you can for spa services. We do take walk-ins but many times availability of certain services is limited because of demand.

Q:

Is it possible to get a suite with 2 Queen Beds? I assume it is a misprint when it states that the King Parlor Suite has 2 King Beds? This would be for 5 girls for a weekend getaway.

stacy b.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Stacy B - we do have some suites with two beds but only a limited number. Please give us a call to check the dates you are interested in to see if we can accommodate your girlfriends getaway. You can reach us at 816-630-5500.

Q:

Can the parlor suite offer be redeemed for a room with 2 Queen Beds as I assume it is a misprint when it states that your parlor suites have 2 King Beds in them since your website contradicts that. As, I am interested in this offer for 5 women for a 2-night getaway.

Q:

I bought a Groupon for a Thursday night stay on 3-28-13. I was in the process of making the reservation and the phone line went dead. Then when I called back, the phone line was busy for quite a while. Now, I am calling back and it just rings and rings. Is there an email address that I can use to contact you?

Jennifer Z.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Jennifer Z - we apologize the phones have been crazy and we think they were overwhelmed because they went down for about 15 minutes. They are back up and running so please give us a call back at 816-630-5500. You can email us at info@elmshotelandspa.com.

Q:

This grotto thing is confusing. The one night stay for $99 includes Grotto access. So it would cost me nothing, right? and it says access before and after spa treatments. Do I have to pay and buy a spa treatment to use the Grotto? Is it like hot tubs only fancy, etc? And I could come and go during hours without paying for a treatment?

Sherry S.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Sherry S - the Grotto is a place to relax along with hydrotherapy areas like wet and dry saunas, hot soaking tub, steam shower and cold purge shower. There are also chaise lounges for just chilling, reading a good book or taking a nap. Hotel guests can use the Grotto for a $55 fee per day, per person while it is complimentary with spa services. And yes, you can come and go during your day of use in the Grotto.
