I see this is not valid 12/31/12 - If I use the one and two night stay (total three days) and check in on Sat.29 - and leave on 1/1/13 will I be able to use the groupon even if my stay is THROUGH the 31st.?

I just called the hotel for availability and they have openings for the days I need. What are the next steps? Purchase the Groupon, book my reservation through the hotel, and then what? When I arrive at the hotel, do I show them my Groupon deal? The hotel said they weren't aware of this deal going on so I don't know how this works...

Yes we have the availability. The groupon deals you purchase would be: (1) two night stay valid for Friday or Saturday checkin & (1) one night stay, valid for checkin Sunday-Thursday.
