What would be the shuttle service fees to the Disneyworld parks, would this be a per trip fee or per day?

It varies, but is reasonable, usually about $25 for 5 people to Disney.....and a bit more to Universal, Seaworld, etc. Thank you

Yes you can....as long as its a townhome or a condo. There are no applicable units that are blacked out. ALL is based on availability of the unit you want, or course. Just like any hotel. thank you

Yes....all community pools and jacuzzi's are heated. and most all of the private pools are able to be heated, but there is a small daily charge. Thank you

Absolutely.....our welcome center is open 24x7 if a card access key is needed. Many of the units have lock boxes and we supply you with the code in your check in paperwork. With the code, you can go directly to the unit. Thank you

I selected my dates and clicked on the submit button and I don't get any response indicating if the dates are or are not available...just keeps processing saying it may take a moment. I've waited for up too 10 minutes and still nothing has happened...is something wrong with the server?

The dates are available IF you can click on them. They would NOT click or tell you other wise. We are getting reservaitons steadily, so it seems to be working right. Call Groupon though and make sure you are not double booking yourself. They can tell if it went through. Thanks

Hello, not sure what is happening, but IF you CAN click on the dates, then they are available. If the dates are sold out you won't be able to click on them, or they would say Sold out when you go to them. Might want to call Groupon and make sure you didn't submit a booking twice though. Thanks

Hi,the rates are date specific so unfortunately not. If you book a date and need to move the dates, you can call in when you have bought the Groupon and we will do all we can to accommodate you.

We do try to accommodate all requests for early check in but it does depend on dates and departing guests. We ask that arriving guests call the day prior to arrival to see if the unt would be vacant and ready early. Thanks!

Only the Townhomes have splash pools-private- & not All do. You would purchase a Townhome Groupon & call to request a pool unit. Not a problem but always based on availability. Thank you

Hi there. Is there free parking available at your property? Is this a Disney affiliated property where we would get free parking at Disney as well? Free parking at all properties. Sorry, does not include any parking at the parks. As a Disney authorized partner we sell tickets to all parks as well as Disney. We have a service that goes to the parks for a reasonable fee. The extras are the cleaning fee FOR the entire stay plus 13% Fla hotel tax. The cleaning fee is per stay.Thank you
