About Foxglove Inn & Gardens
The ocean makes for a picturesque backdrop to the guesthouses at Foxglove Inn & Gardens. Each one features whimsically mismatched furnishings and a shared porch that looks out across Osborne Bay and beyond to the snow-capped mountains of Vancouver. Some private suites inside each guesthouse have ocean views as well.
Elsewhere on the property, fresh veggies, herbs, and gnome housing developments flourish in the garden. In warmer weather, the inn hosts farm-to-table cooking classes where participants gather fresh tomatoes, basil, and spinach. Then, everyone heads to one of the gourmet kitchens to make fresh pasta, eggplant parmesan, and chocolate-covered strawberries under the supervision of a chef.
