Can you change the return or departure date if you wanted to go in early or depart later?

A:

Hi Dion, we can request a Late Return for you, extending the return date, but we cannot allow an early arrival. A Late Return would result in a $100 L/R fee per person, plus any difference in fare should it apply. We would start this requesting process at the time of Groupon Redemption.

How accessible would this trip be? I have some mobility issues and would not be able to take a walk through a jungle for example. Would there be an option to pick and choose which activities you would like to participate in? I'm content to just go along and look out the window when I can't actually participate in an activity.

Hi Kenda, the tour style of this program is described as "This fast-paced, partially escorted tour involves a significant amount of walking or hiking, often on uneven terrain, and reaches high altitudes requiring a high level of physical fitness to fully enjoy the trip. This tour also includes long scenic drives between destinations and may have limited rest stops". Q:

The Amazonian part of the tour begins on day 4. After crossing the Napo River via canoes, the group will enjoy dinner and the sunset. Is the canoe trip all day? Are the canoes for large groups? If not all day, what will we be doing on day 4 before crossing the Napo River?

Hi Janet, The canoe trip is late morning but before lunch, and the canoe is covered and seats a large group. Before the canoe ride, you will do a jungle walk along the river through surrounding trails.

What is the route if you travel out of MIA, I understand I can extend, however if passing through another South American country on the way back I would like to extend on that stop over.

A:

Hi Dion, the flight schedules would be determined and sent via email 24 hours after creating your reservation. (Everything is based upon live inventory) From what I have gathered, they do not stop in any other city if you are traveling from MIA, so a stop over would not be an option.

Hi Tanvi, this program is with a group of between 20-30 passengers, and the pricing is based upon that. If you would like a private group of just 4 passengers, the pricing would change quite a bit. Hi Jeanne, we can request an alternate gateway at the time of Groupon redemption. We would determine the pricing from your chosen gateway, and then give you the option of accepting it and moving forward, or declining it and choosing an alternate. Pricing would be determined at that time.
