Q:

I am Canadian. Will I have to get my visa for Dubai myself? (I can fly to LAX myself to be there for the departure). Where does it say the price for how much it will be to add on Phuket island?

Mona S.  asked on  Feb 28, 2013

A:

All non-U.S. Passport holders will need to get the visa themselves. our vendor can assist you with the process. The Phuket extension is $599 per person based on double room occupancy. The cost is not listed on the Groupon page because it is not covered by the voucher. When you call in to make your reservation we can review the availability with you and answer any additional questions you may have.

Q:

After paying the $2299, are their any other hidden cost other than meals? Such as ground transportation, transportation while we are with the guided tour, taxes, tolls etc.?

Regina J.  asked on  Feb 28, 2013

A:

You'll notice all of the inclusions under the Included Options section on the Groupon page tells you exactly what is included in this tour so there are no surprises. Airfare to Dubai, to Bangkok and back to your U.S. departure city is included. Airport transfers to and from the airport in both destinations are included. Hotel stays in both destinations are included.

Q:

Hi, does 8+ to travel mean, that their has to be at least 8 people traveling on the date that I choose in order for the trip to happen?

Regina J.  asked on  Feb 28, 2013

A:

The 8+ is referring to the age of the travelers. 8 years old is the minimum age requirement for a person traveling on this tour.

Q:

do you offer the same deal for any dates in december? how can we purchase for a family of 5? can we choose neark instead of jfk ?what would be the additional charges?

rita u.  asked on  Feb 28, 2013

A:

Newark is not an available departure city for this tour. The fine print and details tab on the Groupon page lists the optional gateways and additional costs for this trip: Additional fee to travel from alternate gateway: $100+ from SEA, $150+ from JFK, $175+ from IAD, DFW from $250+, IAH from $250+; subject to availability. You can either book two double rooms and one single room or one double room and one triple room. The per person cost for triple occupancy is the same as the per person cost for double occupancy.

Q:

Just wanted to know if a visa is required for travel...I am a permanent US resident.? Thanks..

Geeta R.  asked on  Feb 27, 2013

A:

U.S. passport holders get their visa for Dubai upon arrival and are not required to get a visa for Bangkok. You will want to double check with the embassy for each country to make sure that your permanent residence status does not require anything additional.
