A nine-day escorted tour of Egypt allows you to marvel at the Great Pyramids before setting sail for a three-day cruise on the Nile River with intermittent tours of some of Egypt’s famous temples.
- Day 1: Depart for Egypt.
- Day 2: Arrive in Cairo.
- Day 3: Take in the charm of the Old Cairo and see the oldest mosque in the city or the famous Egyptian Museum.
- Day 4: Tour the Great Pyramids and see the Sphinx of Giza.
- Day 5: Fly to Luxor, visit the Temples of Karnak and embark the Nile River cruise.
- Day 6: Take in the serenity of the Nile and simply unwind or opt for a West Bank tour.
- Day 7: Tour Greco-Roman Temple of Kom Ombo and Temple of Horus in Edfu.
- Day 8: Cruise to Aswan, an ancient frontier town.
- Day 9: Explore the wonders of Aswan and board a plane to Cairo for a farewell dinner.
- Day 10: Transfer back to the airport and board your return flight.
