Don’t do it. Stay away. Groupon wasn’t a help in getting my money back either. Still fighting.

No one will answer the phone and all my emails are refused. So, I would rate this a -5. I understand the UK is closed, but a reimbursement or extension of time to use in order.

We planned our trip through Go Today and they're horrendously bad. We bought a voucher through Groupon and they would not honor it before squeezing us for another $440 dollars. Then we received our tour package; we were promised two full days in Italy and we only got one (a Sunday). Now that our trips cancelled they refuse to give a refund, and won't contact us back. Seriously, f@#k these guys.

I spent a year reading and reviewing this company before purchasing the vacation and it was THE WORST experience of my life. I contacted Go-Today multiple times to confirm my travel arrangements amid the Coronavirus outbreak. We were happy to receive a refund or reschedule the entire trip if Go-Today would have made that available to us. They insisted everything was ok, even up to the point of calling from the runaway prior to take off at the airport. I arrived in Italy, the country was quarantined. Go-Today provided inaccurate flight information so we could not reroute out of country. We never received a refund for the hotel in Italy we obviously couldn't use. Once we arrived in Greece, Go-Today told us they would arrange for a hotel but we arrived and Go-Today didn't answer any further for our hotel reservation information. We had to book a room for 4 days for ourselves, again no refund for payment already made for the hotel that was supposed to be reserved. Our connecting flight was canceled out of Greece. We were not notified by the airlines because we didn't make the reservations and Go-Today never passed the information along to us. Go-Today didn't answer any calls or emails. We had to pay for a connecting flight from Greece to Switzerland to make our flight home to New York. We received no information or refund for our canceled flight or for the new tickets we had to purchase. The MOST frustrating aspect was the lack of communication and failure to provide clear flight/hotel information so we could make our own changes and/or request refunds when Go-Today didn't respond. We lost ALOT of money for a poorly planned trip amid an emergency that developed that Go-Today should have been better prepared for customers that were caught in the middle of it all. I understand it was during a global pandemic but with the amount of times I contacted Go-Today for a refund or to reschedule my trip or to offer ANYTHING in exchange to the $2,000 paid for it.. This was my worst experience working with a travel agency and I would rate them a 0 if I could.

Haven't gone on trip yet, but was easy to book. The days we wanted weren't available, so it was a little extra to customize to our need.
