The beach is perfect for all kids. We have a large shallow area and also minimal waves as we are protected by Isla Muejeres.

It varies by the choice of transport that you choose. Taxi runs about $35, private shuttle is about the same. You can book a shuttle through one of many ground operators for about $20 one way

No, this hotel takes up to 4 adults or 5 in the room if 2 are under 13! You can book the Groupon then contact our reservations team to add the extra adult (14 year old)

A:

Unfortunately, we do not have handicap accessible rooms. While alot ot the property is easily navigated by wheelchair, the rooms are not equipped with wide doors and hand rails. As for transportation, I am sure there are some but all are private companies.

If the dates are listed as available on the calendar, then they're available to book. Once you've booked them on our site, the booking gets sent to the resort.
