I am confused -- We have stayed only at Cancun Palace/Hard Rock Cancun and nothing is off limits. However reading reviews on trip advisor, I know you have to pay to upgrade to a restaurant and there is a section that is for "grand" members..... will this get us access to everywhere, or only certain parts? Thank you.
