Q:

Is it possible to buy this voucher but stay in the non-Grand part of the hotel? I much prefer those rooms (albeit outdated and not as nice) as they all have balconies. There are very few balcony rooms in the Grand Oasis Viva part and they look onto the pool, not the beach; also, I believe the balcony Grand Oasis rooms are extra.

Very sorry, but this Groupon is only valid for Ocean-View Rooms in the Grand Oasis Viva. Room upgrades are not available with this offer.

The Groupon is for a 3 or 4 night stay. You can combine up to 3 Groupons if you're interested in extending your stay.

Each Groupon covers 2 adults. You are welcome to add a 3rd guest for an additional $65 per night. The extra fee would be paid directly to Grand Oasis Viva when booking your reservation. After you purchase the Groupon, your Groupon voucher will include exact instructions for booking your reservation.

Q:

Does this deal include 2 or 3 people? Because it says that the room can fit up to three people. Why would there be an extra charge for the room for a third person if the room can already fit three people?

A:

The Groupon price will cover 2 people. Adding a third person is an extra $65 per night. This is an all-inclusive stay, so the $65 fee will also cover all of the included amenities for the extra guest.

Very sorry, but there is a maximum occupancy of 3 people per room. For 4 people you, you would need two Groupons.

After you purchase the Groupon, you'll be able to add the third person when booking your reservation, directly through the resort. Exact redemption instructions for booking your stay will be included on your Groupon voucher.

If the resort is completely booked (and you have a reservation) will the hotel honor the groupon?
