Q:

Opposite of what was previously state in a Q&A about room upgrades being accommodated through the hotel, when I called the Grand Sierra this afternoon, the woman on the phone told me that you cannot upgrade with this Groupon package, that it comes with the standard room only. I explained that I was looking at purchasing the Groupon but we wanted to check to see how much extra it would be through the hotel to upgrade to the Grand II Suite and she said that with this offer you can't upgrade, that it's the deal set up between Groupon and Grand Sierra.
