A complete scam. I booked online as I was told because of an hour and half wait on the phone. Online I was given 1 room with 2 double beds for 4 people. The add says double occupancy. I called and requested another room because there were 4 people. I was denied. If I wanted another room I would have to pay for it. I was also told I chose this along with the 5hr layovers. Not worth it.

They make it seem like you are getting a deal but when you break down the cost for the exact same flights, hotels, and rails, they overcharge by $1,000+!
I purchased this Groupon and then priced out each thing for the same dates/times for flights, hotels, fare class, and rail... and the total should be $2507.28 but they charge $3509.11. That is $1001.83 over!
I tried to cancel my order but can't. Hopefully my HUGE mistake can help others to learn NOT TO BUY THIS!!!!!! You will get ripped off!

The hotel voice was the perfect location. Everything was walking distance. Even though our excursions were pre booked, there were lots of activities/excursions to choose from at the hotel. I do wish the travel agency would give a more detailed itinerary before the trip.

Great trip! Everything worked smoothly including the ride from and to airport. Just make sure you contact the driver. The hotel is beautiful. And food is great. Only negative would be the beds are really firm.
