Days 1-2: Prague

Prague is nicknamed the City of a Hundred Spires for the many church and palace towers rising high above the Vltava river. The best way to see that waterway is from the 14th-century Charles Bridge. You’ll see the statues that flank the bridge and have a chance to get a panoramic view of the city from the hilltop Petřín Lookout Tower, which looks like a mini Eiffel Tower. From the very top, you can sometimes see the summit of the Czech Republic’s tallest mountain.

Days 3–4: Vienna
