Q:

I see that the deal is not available for a Saturday night stay. If we wanted to stay Friday and Saturday night would it be possible to use the groupon for Friday and just pay the standard rate for Saturday night? If so, how would I go about doing that?

Sarah D.  asked on  May 7, 2014

A:

There were vouchers for the Friday night stay. You could do the GROUPON deal on a Friday and pay the regular rate on Saturday. You would want to call in to make your reservation.

Q:

The promotional value expires 6/13/2014, but when does the paid value expire? If something comes up (sickness) and we are unable to go, can we use the paid value toward a room at another time?

Amy W.  asked on  May 6, 2014

A:

In the event that you are not able to use the GROUPON as the advertised deal, you are able to use it as cash value. You would not be able to take advantage of the extras that come with the deal; however you will get the full value that you paid to go towards another stay. The voucher, at that point, is used like a gift card.

Q:

Do you have any shuttles running to King's Island? I have teenagers and was thinking of staying there overnight, but hoping there is a shuttle to help with parking, etc.

Anne M.  asked on  May 5, 2014

A:

There is not a shuttle that takes you from us to King’s Island. There is a walkway between the two and a lot of people do park at the lodge and walk over to King’s Island.

Q:

This is a follow-up to Charles V's question. I did not understand the last sentence of the answer. If we use the resort the day we check in and the day we check out (one night stay) is that one resort fee or two? Also what are the resort's hours?

Tim L.  asked on  May 1, 2014

A:

The resort fee is charged per night staying, not per day using the resort. The different activities in the resort have varying hours. The WP is typically open from 10am to 9pm.

Q:

Is a wristband needed for a one year old or are they free?

Ashley A.  asked on  May 1, 2014

A:

Children ages 2 years and younger do not require a wrist band and is not charged to stay at Great Wolf Lodge Resorts. All occupants must be included in the total occupancy, regardless of age. We are not able to exceed the maximum occupancies, regardless of age.

Q:

We have 8 in our family. Can we get a roll away for Kids Suite option and pay for the swimming wrist band separately?

Sandy L.  asked on  Apr 30, 2014

A:

The Kid Cabin Suite has a maximum occupancy of 7 guests total. This includes children, regardless of age. Due to fire code regulations, we are unable to exceed the maximum occupancy of a suite for any reason. If you live nearby, you could have 7 guests stay overnight with the eighth person sleeping at home and you can then purchase a daily guest pass for $40 + tax per day.

Q:

Does booking by 6/13/14 mean that you must begin your stay by that date?

Heather H.  asked on  Apr 30, 2014

A:

For Option 1-3, that is the final day possible for an arrival. Option 4 allows for an arrival from 6/15-25, with 6/25 being the second night of a two night stay.
