Q:

Can I buy a Fri or Sat Groupon for $269, but then decide to stay a night Sun-Thurs instead (which would normally be $219)? Is that an option for me? With or without a refund of the difference in Groupon price?

Stephanie  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

There are no Saturday night options with this Groupon. If you purchase a Friday night Groupon, you must use it on a Friday night. We cannot change it at booking to a Sunday - Thursday. You can refund the purchased Groupon, though, through Groupon.

Q:

It says $30 fee on cancellations. Does this apply even if cancelled and rebooked within the 72 hour window?

Avigale L.  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

Yes, there is a $30 cancellation fee for any reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival. You can rebook without cancelling, though. As long as your new dates fit within the Groupon fine print we can honor that rate. If the new dates are outside of the Groupon dates, you can use the value of the Groupon towards a different reservation and pay the difference.

Q:

The website is offering King Suites at $199 for weeknight stays. Why is this Groupon a deal?

Jessica B.  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

The King Suite only sleeps 4, the two suites with this Groupon sleep up to 8. With the King Suite you only get 4 waterpark passes, with the Groupon you get 6. The Groupon also gives you a MagiQuest wand and game.
