Q:

I see the expiration date is 2/14/13. Does this mean I can still check in on the 14th and out on the 15th? Also, we only have three in our group and since there are 6 waterpark passes, can the remaining be used on a later date?

Q:

Does this offer have a "buy one and refer 3 friends to get yours free" option? I have previously seen these options on other offers, but didn't see it on this one. Thanks!

Holly I.  asked on  Jan 10, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, that is not available with this offer.

Q:

Does a 6 month old count as 1 or not?

Lyn S.  asked on  Jan 10, 2013

A:

All children, regardless of age, count towards the occupancy. Children 2 and under do not need waterpark passes, though, and aren't subject to the additional occupant fee.

Q:

We have 5 children, can we have 7 in the room and buy an extra pass? If so, how much is the extra pass?

Ruth R.  asked on  Jan 10, 2013

A:

The suites available with the Groupon have a maximum occupancy of 8, so you can have two additional guests in the room. Each guest over the standard occupancy of 6 will require an additional occupant fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. This includes their occupancy in the room and waterpark passes.

Q:

When does this Groupon expire? I see it notes "not valid dates" but do not see an end/ expiration date...? Thanks!

Melissa L.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

The "Valid for travel" dates are 1/8 - 2/14, so 2/14 is the expiration date.

Q:

So is there a stay minimum? Like do we have to stay so many nights? What if there is only four people in our party, do we only have these room options? I am confused about the room details.

Jamie R.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

The Groupon is for a one-night stay. If you are a party of four, you will still get the choice of the Loft Suite or the Majestic Bear Suite and you will still receive 6 waterpark passes.
