Q:

We are a family of 7 (2 adults and 5 children) with one child that is 2 years old and the rest are between 7 and 14. Would we requied to pay an additional occupant fee for the 2 year old?

Donald C.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Yes, children 2 and under still count towards the occupancy (fire code) so they require the additional occupant fee.

Emily Z.  from  Self  replied on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

But only if they push you to the maximum occupancy.

Q:

Would a 9 month old need a water park pass to get into the water park area with his family?

Jennie B.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

A 9 month old would not need a waterpark pass, but they do count towards the occupancy. So if they put your party over 6 guests, you would need to pay an additional occupant fee of $25.

Emily Z.  from  Self  replied on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Jennie, an update to this answer. You would not require an occupant fee unless the 9 month old pushes you to the maximum occupancy.

Q:

I remember calling for details the last offer from Wolf Ledges regarding tax and fees and was told that the $9.99 fee was actually per person, per day--making the deal a rip off. Is this still the case or are they actually honoring the $9.99 rate in print that states nothing about "per person?"

Hannah S.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

I'm sorry for any confusion, but the $9.99 resort fee is not per person. It is per room, per night.

Q:

I see the Groupon is not valid on 1/20. Does that mean for check in only?? Meaning, if you checked in on 1/19 you are still able to use facilities on 1/20?? Are you able to check in on 1/21 - it is a holiday??

Sheryl  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Correct, the not valid date is for staying that night. So you can check out on 1/20. And yes, with Option 1 you can check in on Monday 1/21 as long as there is availability.

Q:

I have 7 in my party 3 adults and 4 children ages 2,3,11 and 13 can I use this deal or would I need to buy extra watermark tickets?

Moria T.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Yes, the maximum occupancy of the suite associated with this Groupon is 8. So any additional occupants over the 6 but up to 8 would require an additional occupant fee of $25. This covers the occupancy in the room and waterpark pass.
