Q:

Hi Emily ~ Can we check in on Thursday, 6/6? I noticed in another question, you said you have to check in on 6/5. Due to school not being out, we can't come until 6/6 - will that work? Thanks :)

Kearston R.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

You would not be able to check in on 6/6, since you have to complete your travel for this deal by that date.

Q:

If we had 2 adults, 4 children and 1 infant would we be able to stay in a 6 person occupancy?

Amber B.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

You would need a larger room in that case.

Q:

For option 2, (check in on a Friday) can you use a second offer for Saturday night to make it a two night stay?

Sarah B.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

There are no Saturday night options so you cannot stay Friday - Sunday with any combination of Groupon offers.

Q:

How do I go about booking for two nights and would it be the same price as the first night?

Cathy  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

You would need to purchase the Groupon and when you make the reservation they would only apply the Groupon rate to the one night. The second night would not be the same rate, as the Groupon rate is a reduced rate and the second night would be based on availability so that rate would depend on the date you wanted, the suite and also the availability of the suite.

Q:

what is we have one more person than the groupon allows? What would it cost to add that one child on?

Autumn G.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than the maximum occupancy of the suite per fir code. So if you wanted to have more people in the room than is listed under the maximum occupancy, then you would need to reserve two rooms.

Q:

It says that you can combine up to 2 vouchers to extend your stay. If I want to check in on Thurs day and stay until Sat do I buy one voucher for a Sun-Thur check in and one for a Friday check in or can they both be for a Sun-Thur check in since that is when I would actually be checking in?

Patricia R.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

You can combine two vouchers for consecutive nights (as long as you are not staying on a Saturday night, there are no Saturday options). So you could purchase Option 1 and 2 or Option 5 and 6 and check in on Thursday and stay Friday night as well.

Q:

If you stay one night, can you use the waterpark passes the day you check in and the day you check out? Can you be in the water-park past the 11am check-out time?

Lindsay R.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

You can use the waterpark as early as 1pm on the day of check in and until the park closes on the day of check out.

Q:

Is the price of $159.00 the cost of the room for one night. No matter what room you book or how many people are in it or is it just a credit of $159.00 toward what ever the room charge is.

Donna E.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

The $159 is for a one- night stay for up to six people int he Wolf Den Suite. So this includes 6 occupants in the room (all are covered by the cost) and 6 waterpark passes are included. On top of this, you would be charged a $12.99 resort fee and 11.5% tax, but you would not be charged more than the price of the Groupon for your stay in that suite.

Q:

If we checkin on a Friday night at like 7pm for 1 night, are we able to use the water park for Saturday? And when would we need to vacate the room on Saturday?

Anthony M.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

You can use the waterpark as early as 1pm on the day of check in and until the park closes on the day of check out (usually 9pm, but that can vary). Check out is 11am, but you can use the waterpark after you check out.
