Q:

It has prices for Sunday-Thursday check in and also for a Friday Check in. Is this not available on a Saturday? Also...we are already booked for Feb 2nd...can I use this groupon for my current date?

M D.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

Unfortunately there is not a Saturday check in option, so this would not work for a February 2nd stay.

Groupon's return policy is listed here: http://www.groupon.com/groupon-promise. I believe you will have to speak with someone at Groupon to do this.

Q:

What is the 9.99 fee per day. If I purchase one, is that one fee or two?

Mary E.  asked on  Jan 6, 2013

A:

It is our daily resort fee: a nominal resort fee to all guests in order to provide additional services that are often charged individually by other resorts. This fee covers services such as wireless internet, daily newspaper, fitness center access, in room coffee, access to fax, local phone calls, and a concierge service. It is per room, per night so one Groupon would have one charge.

Yes, the suites are large enough to accommodate 6 guests. The Loft Suite has two bathrooms and the Majestic Bear Suite has one. http://www.greatwolf.com/traverse/suites#premium
