Q:

If I purchase 2 Groupons, and plan to check in on 2/14 and check out on 2/16, are those dates allowable (if available) since check in is by 2/14? If so, would I need to purchase two $229 Groupons, or one $229 and one $279 groupon since it extends into the weekend?

Rebecca M.  asked on  Jan 10, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion. You must complete your travel by 2/14/13.

Q:

Back to the $12.99 a day resort fee, plus an additional $2.00 a day fee per person, which you answered a couple of days ago....what if we don't use ANY of these services? And we wouldn't...but we would still be responsible for paying that? The adults wouldn't use it and certainly kids under the age of five wouldn't drink coffee, surf the internet, read the paper, workout at the fitness center, send a fax, etc. etc.

Sharon R.  asked on  Jan 9, 2013

A:

Yes, this is a standard fee that is charged per suite per night regardless of whether you use none, one, two or all of the additional services.

Q:

My daughter would really love to spend a weekend at the lodge this winter. Do you have accommodations/groupons for single moms with only one kid?

Jane S.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, the Groupon offer this time is for suites that sleep 6. We do have suites that sleep 4 that would work for you and one child. You can view our suites online at www.greatwolf.com.

Q:

What does this mean?: •$12.99/day resort fee, plus $2/day and 10% tax not included and what do we get for the additional $14.99 a day per person? I understand paying the 10% tax.

Sharon R.  asked on  Jan 6, 2013

A:

The additional fees are charged in order to provide additional services that are often charged individually by other resorts. This fee covers services such as wireless internet, daily newspaper, fitness center access, in room coffee, access to fax, local phone calls, and a concierge service

There are only 3 of us coming. Are we able to split the waterpark tickets up for two days? Use three on one day and three on another.

amber f.  asked on  Jan 6, 2013

Each waterpark pass is good for the entire stay, so you will have 3 extra passes for your stay.
