Q:

The subtitle of the deal says: Valid for Check-in Thursday or Friday. However, on the side, it looks like the $89 option is only good on Thursdays?

That is correct! We have two offers; the Family Suite for a Thursday night stay or the Vacation Villa for a Friday & Saturday night stay.

Q:

I was planning on having a group of 6 adults, 2 children, ages 2 & 4. It was stated that it's only $20 more per person (if more than 6) Since the 2 year old is free of charge and I only have 1 extra person that I would pay the extra $20 fee for, will this $20 fee cover that extra person to have use of the 'normal" package amenities without incurring any EXTRA charges?

If you are looking at the Vacation Villa offer, each additional guest, age 3 and older, above and beyond 6 guests, is an additional $20 per person per night. This then includes standard admission to both parks, just like all other guests. Ages 2 and younger are free of charge. Thank you!

Does every child need to have an arm band to use the pool? What age do you consider for people in the room? Have a 2 year old and 4 year old?

Q:

The groupon suggested to combine the groupons to extend the stay you say Unfortunately, the Family Suite offer is valid for Thursday night stays only. Ryan G. answered 2 days, 23 hours, and 24 minutes ago so even though it was suggested to combine the groupons my family can only enjoy the water park for a few hours on thursday, evening and friday the water is "still", not running. And the days the water would be running all day on a friday are black out days. I want the days combined like offered.

I can't find specifics on the Family Suite for Thursday check in in terms of space/ room emenities- whats the sq footage? is it a single room with beds? is there a kitchen like area? when i book can i request a balcony?

A:

The family suite is more of the standard hotel room with two queen beds and a queen size sofa sleeper. All come with a small fridge and a small microwave. We are happy to reserve a family suite with a balcony at the time of booking based upon availability at no additional charge!

The vacation villas sleep up to 9 guests, but there are only beds for 6 guests. The accommodation description does not detail if there are sleeper sofas, etc. Can you describe where the additional sleeping areas are? Is the sofa in the master bedroom a sleeper? Thank you!

The two-night offer is for the Vacation Villa which has a king size bed, two queen size beds, a queen size sofa sleeper and a twin size sofa sleeper. The offer is good for one to six guests, but the Vacation Villa will sleep up to nine. Any additional guests above the six, would be an addtional $20 per person per night.. Thank you!

I am reading that your water park is only open on Thur and Fri from 4pm-10pm with "still water" on Fri mornings. What are the hours for the water park on Sat/Sun. And can you explain what still water means, do the slides and spray things work?

Is there a way to extend the booking date from 12/7 to 12/31? I wanted to purchase this as a Christmas present, and wouldn't want to spoil the surprise!

The reservation would need to be made by 12/7, however, you could set for a date in the future and if you need to modify that date or the name on the reservation, as long as it is done at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival, you could then change to the date needed.
