More Questions and Answers

Q:

Had a question about the promotion? How is this that much of a deal when Hard Rocks own website is even cheaper when you book 2 nights? I see the $20 Gift coupon etc. but what is the real difference?

Matt M.  asked on  Jun 23, 2012

A:

You are saving about $270 for the daybed and the $20 credit.

Q:

In one spot, this says a daybed pool rental is included. In another spot, it says a $20 pool bar credit...which is it? or is it both? Thank you!

Savannah A.  asked on  Jun 23, 2012

A:

It's both. You get a daybed out at the pool and a $20 beverage credit and any of the pool bars.

Q:

Would you be able to book a room on, say July 3rd and check out the the 5th or is it completely forbidden to stay at that hotel during holiday hours. In other words, would I have to book July 2nd and check out the 4th for the Groupon to work?

Matt M.  asked on  Jun 23, 2012

A:

July 4th and 5th are black out dates, so you would not be able to check-in the 3rd and check-out the 5th. You could check-in the 2nd and check-out on the 4th.

Q:

Let me get this clear. Does the $158.00 price cover two nights of stay or is it $158.00 per night? What would this hotel charge if we arrived on Monday and left on Thursday in July?

Kerri R.  asked on  Jun 23, 2012

A:

The $158 is for both nights, not per night. Unfortunately, we cannot quote rates via the website, please contact the hotel for this information.

Q:

We would be going on tuesday and leaving thursday. We are 2 adults and 3 kids. I understand that there will be 20.00 charge per night to upgrade to 2 beds but we just want to be sure that we will not be charged more when we show up and have a 3rd child (who is 4). Also, I see that you stated that the daybed is for 21 and over pool only but bc we will be there tues. and wed. the 21 over pool is open to children on those days so the day bed would work out for us, correct? Thanks

Carly B.  asked on  Jun 22, 2012

A:

We do not charge per person, so you would not be charged for the 3rd child. Yes the pool is open to children on those days so it would work for you.

Q:

Is the $158.00 for two people??? Also, is the "resort fee and taxes" quoted per person or per reservation? Thanks!

andrea h.  asked on  Jun 21, 2012

A:

The $158 voucher is for up to four people. The "resort fee and taxes" is per reservation, not per person.

Q:

For one person, checking in Wed, Sept 5, and checking out the following Monday, Sept 10, what would I purchase in the way of Groupons, and what would be my total cost, figuring Groupon purchase and additional required fees for this "deal"? Secondly, if instead I checked in on Tuesday, Sept 4, with the same checkout of Sept 10, what would I be purchasing, if any different (that would be a six night stay, so I'm thinking same as 5 night stay, as your promotion is for two nights, so this would be a purchase of maybe three groupons?). Thanks in advance for your help.

C R.  asked on  Jun 21, 2012

A:

If you were going to stay 9/05-9/10, you would purchase one of the $158 vouchers (for Wednesday and Thursday) and one of the $458 vouchers (for Friday and Saturday), however since there is no voucher for Sunday, you would have to pay for Sunday night through the hotel. The total cost (excluding Sunday night since rates vary) is going to be $770.56 (unless you upgrade your room at any time). Now if your stay is 9/04-9/10, you would have to pay additional for Tuesday night, again prices vary. For more information, please contact the Hard Rock Hotel directly.

Rebecca M.  from  Self  replied on  Jun 21, 2012

Q:

what exactly does a day bed consists of?is it for 2 people for each daythere?

richard m.  asked on  Jun 21, 2012

A:

The daybed is just a bed out by the pool, it's about the size of a queen size mattress. The daybed is only one per stay, not one per day.
