Q:

Hi - we are a family of 5 - 2 adults with 3 litlle ones (4, 2, and 6 months when we plan on coming in January). We were thinking of getting a Villa and sharing it with my parents. Could this work in the deal? I know it said for up to 5 - but I was wondering if that just applied to adults. We would like to use the Villa for 4 adults and 3 kids (and do you have cribs?) Thank you!!

Q:

Do any of the 2 Bedroom Villas have an ocean view and balcony .If so can it be requested ? Where are the 2 bedroom villas offered in the groupon located .What part of the resort and do they have thier own kitchen?

Cheryl R.  asked on  Nov 17, 2012

A:

Hi Chery, You can upgrade to an ocean view room. Once you purchase your Groupon you can call the property directly and ask to upgrade. It is based on availability, though. The 2 bedroom villas are typically in Sunset village. Yes, they each have their own kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Thank you!

Q:

Interested in knowing if I can book the Dolphin Connection separately (if so, how & how much is it) or do I need to book the room, in conjunction w/the Dolphin Connection & NOT receive the Groupon offer??? Each time I clicked on the Dolphin Connection, I was offered a room package & can't seem to find anything separately for my kids to swim w/the dolphins. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Melanie S.  asked on  Nov 17, 2012

A:

Hi Melanie, The dolphin experience needs to be booked by directly calling the hotel. There are various programs offered for various ages. Please click on the link to check. http://experience.hawkscay.com/dolphin-connection/program For safety reasons children five and under must be accompanied by paid adult (infants and children pay to participate). For in-water program Must be 4'6" or taller to participate. You can purchase the Groupon at the discounted rate and then contact the property to book the dolphin experience. Thank you!

Q:

The main reason we would stay there is to visit and swim wih the Dolphins. Do you suggest we call there to ensure we can get a reservation to coincide with our stay at your beautiful resort? Also, it has to be Easter week since my grandaughters are visiting then. Susanne
