we had a problem with the couch mattress(uncomfortable) and the staff involved helped to problem-solve immediately. The maid on floor 3 on july 19/13 was definitely not helpful and glasses and coffee mugs were never removed from room.

I understand that vehicles parked in the long-term parking area can only be dropped off and accessed once an hour. I wish that there could be an easier way to drop off and access vehicles.

Rooms clean and updated and very comfortable beds. Given adjoining rooms for our grp of 4, appreciated. Nice pastries and tea/coffee in lobby, but hot water and decaf machines not hot.... Suggest warning users about the offsite long term parking i.e. have to wait until shuttle starts after 9:00am to get a ride to the site as it is chained so best to get your vehicle immediately from airport and drive back to the hotel and park there overnight if you need it early am. Overall, happy with the stay.
