Q:

How do we check availability before purchase? We are interested in option 2 but would like to be in Puerto Vallarta on February 18

Rob  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Since availability changes frequently, please call the business directly at 52 (322) 221-1177 for the most up-to-date answer. We cannot guarantee that your desired date will be available before you purchase the Groupon and book your reservation. However, If you aren't able to book the stay you want after purchasing, you'll be covered by our Booking Guarantee carried by all Groupon Getaways. For more information, email us at support@groupon.com.

Q:

There will be two adults and three kids (9, 6, 2). Please, help me understand. The two adults and kids 6 and 2 are covered under ONE Groupon purchase and there is an additional fee of $30.00 per night for my child who is 9. How is this "add on" accomplished? I don't want any weird "fees" to tack on once we are there. We had an unfavorable experience with this when we went to Cancun. Am I able to add on through Groupon's website or do I have to call the hotel directly? Thanks!

Debbie S.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Thanks for the question! Yes, the Groupon price will cover the 2 adults, and both children who are 6 an under. There will be an additional $30 fee per night for the 9-year old child. The additional fee will be paid directly to the hotel when booking your stay, rather than when you purchase the Groupon.

Q:

We are 2 adults and 2 kids aged 4 and 8 yrs. Am I right in thinking the cost would simply be an additional $30 per night for the 8 yr old and the rest of us are covered in the stated price?

Julie S.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

You are correct! There would just be an additional $30 for your 8-year old child, as the Groupon covers 2 adults, and children 6 and under stay free.

What would be the price for one adult and a 6 year old child?

You would still pay the same rate as the Groupon for an adult and a 6 year old. Pricing varies depends on how long you're staying and when you're going.

Q:

The fine print says "Limit 2 per visit"...Here's my question: If I were to purchase Option 4: $349 for 3 nights, am I purchasing a trip for two or is it $349 per person, 2 people being the limit?

Marcus B.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Each Groupon covers two adults. "Limit 2 per visit" means that you can combine up to two Groupons for a longer stay.
