If I purchase the GroupOn and my desired dates are not available, can I get a refund? For example, if I purchase the two-night stay deal, will I get the $136 refunded if there are no rooms available? The fine print only details refund for 1 night's stay.

Good morning. If reservation is cancelled per fine print(by 4:00 PM to avoid charge) , can the voucher be used for future? How does it work if the voucher is not used during the specified period? Thanks.

Hi Trinh, If you cancel your reservation within the cancellation policy you can change your dates to another available date within the perimeter of the voucher purchased. If you do not reddem the voucher within the indicated time period the promotion will no longer be valid. You will hold a credit in the amount of the certificate purchase which may be used as credit towards a future booking at Rack rate. We will work with you in the event you need to date change.
