Q:

Over the weekend I purchased the 1-bedroom deal and at that time it showed the other two options sold out. Thought I had two nights but when I looked at it in my e-mail, it's only for one night. So I was going to purchase an additional night today but it's showing the only one I can get is the 2 bedroom. Is there anyway I can either it get one more night for the one bedroom or upgrade that first purcahse to a two bedroom? Sorry, I don't want to have to move rooms in the middle of my stay.

The one bedroom and two bedroom one bath deals are still open. Just buy an additional Groupon (you can purchase up to three total) and combine them for a multi-night stay; no need to check out and check back in again.

Even though Isola Bella is pet friendly, but only for economy units., Pets are not allowed in Premium units which are the scope of this offer.

Yes you can stay three days in a row using three vouchers. Currently two bedroom, two bath are sold out, but the two bedroom one bath and one bedroom are available.

I bought two vouchers this morning. I called for reservations and was told I could not use the vouchers on Aug 9 & 10, the dates I want to use them. Why can I not use them?

Q:

I called this morning to check availability before I bought my groupon. I was told no problem for my date and so went ahead and purchased. Since then I have called 5 times and left my name and number 3 of those times. Only once was a reservation person available to talk. She said she didn't know how to book a groupon room but would have someone call back. None of the 3 times I left my information has someone called me back. How am I supposed to get my reservation? Very Frustrating!!
