Q:

What would be the cost for 1 adult, 1 child?

Kimberly L.  asked on  May 4, 2013

A:

The cost would be two groupons :( maybe you can get a friend to go? Children under 12 Stay Free with two paying adults. Of course you still need to purchase airfare but it would still be cheaper. If you have further questions please fell free to call 1-800-603-3178.

Q:

If my husband and I are traveling from different places and I buy two groupons, can the price of the airfare be deducted from the purchase of my groupon?

Jorge O.  asked on  May 6, 2013

A:

I think in this case it is better to purchase just the land from us or call and we can help you better so you don't overpay. You can buy one groupon and then call us and we can just charge you for the land portion. Feel free to call us to discuss the best option. 1-800-603-3178.

Q:

is this adult oriented?

Noy W.  asked on  May 4, 2013

A:

The resort really is for all aspects, adults, families, honeymooners and singles. It is large enough where you dont feel like you are at an Adults ONLY property nor a family resort. The pool is one of the largest in Cancun so you have plenty of areas to relax or for the kids to play around.

Q:

There is conflicting information in this Q&A section on traveling with kids. One answer says that there is a max occupancy of two people. We are a family of 5 w/ 3 young kids ( 3 year old twins and 7 year old). If we purchase the two groupons, what more do we pay for the kids besides the airfare? Also, are there options for a larger unit?

Victor O.  asked on  May 6, 2013

A:

If you would like a rate for an upgraded room that will accomodate your family, call 1-800-603-3178.

2 questions: this deal is per person, but does that assume double occupancy? ( I would be coming alone- does this deal apply?) Also. I would be traveling from LAX. I don't see that option. Possible? Thanks. J G

J. G.  asked on  May 5, 2013

A:

Please call the office and we will be able to provide the rate leaving from LAX for 1 traveler. Thank you. 1-800-603-3178
