What is the difference between the Sapphire Ocean View and the Diamond Ocean View rooms?

A:

The Diamond rooms are bigger. The mini-bar is stocked and replenished with water, beer, wine and liquor, with mixers and coffee/tea service. 24-hour room service, plush his and hers robes are just a few more touches. A concierge (available 7 am-10 pm) is also available.

Q:

I made my reservation on Friday and have yet to receive my confirmation email. I called the resort Saturday to confirm my email address and they said it was resent., however I never got it. I checked my spam folder as well and it was not there. Then I emailed reservationsrunawaybay@jewelresorts.com and still have not heard anything back. I have a confirmation number, however I would like an email for my personal records. Please assist.

Q:

I'm confused and upset. I've been trying to buy 2 of the option four for myself and 2 for my daughter. I started trying late Saturday night and althought the option is showing as available when I first attempt to make the purchase once I submit it tells me the option is sold old. I even just called the hotel to ask if there were still availabilities and was told there were. I have a copy of the screen print out to illustrate that it is showing as available but will not let me purchase. Today when I tried to purchase I kept getting an error message that I couldn't purchase more than 9 even though I was only attempting to purchase 2. I received that message four times then it switched to sold out. I logged out and logged back in and tried then starting getting the message about purchasing no more than 9 again then back to sold out. Can someone assist?

The maximum occupancy per room is 2. Our rooms offer King size beds. There is no single rate for the groupon.
