We also purchased, then called and asked if we could travel anytime from June 21 until July 31. We were told no availability. This is ridiculous. The groupon needs to be updated with the actual dates available.

The groupon is valid for a 4 night stay, you can buy two groupons and combine them for a 8 night stay. If you would like to stay 6 nights the 2 additional nights will have a different rate, please call our reservations number for availability questions,800-587-1854

This is an all adults resort. There are couples but also singles. However the rooms offer a king size bed.

Ok I get the feeling something is not right about this deal. I called the hotel last night prior to buying this deal and the dates I want are available. Tonight I called to book our stay with an additional night- which the rep booked. When I wanted to book my groupon nights the rep said nothing was coming up for groupon rates. The deal is still going on,(with 7 more days to go- I booked last night with only 170 sold now up to 270) the hotel has the availability so why can't the days be booked? I planned this trip to celebrate my husband's and my birthday. Can you PLEASE take look at this and have it resolved? I have never had a problem with the groupons before- but this is severly harming your brand's integrity in my eyes. I have not "redeemed " the groupon coupon- reserving the right to cancel upon this offer being a scam and your company unable to fulfill the promise you are offering. This is a great offer but no better than most of the offers you have everyday. (Half to more off.) Please take the time to research this issue and not blow it off a short trite answer. This is very important to me. Thank you T

Sorry for the inconvinience however availability changes everyday and if there is no reservation, dates can not be guaranteed. There are certain number of groupons available per day, you can contact reservations to check availability and if your dates are still not available you may cancel your groupon contacting groupon costumer support.
