Q:

Hello. I contacted reservationsdunnsriver@jewelresorts.com Ocean View concierge option 4 and after speaking with a reservationist, she stated there was not an option 4. I gave her several different date ranges with one specifically 6/30 - 7/8/13 and she stated, she is NOT showing an option 4 but aN option 5 available for those dates. There appears to be a discrepancy between the options that you all are listing and what the dunnsriver actually have in their system. I don't understand why they would say an option 5 if you are not offering an option 5. There is a disconnect somewhere. Please advise.

Sorry for the inconvinience there should be only 4 options for the Groupon. We will get this straighten out. If you have already purchased your groupon an your dates are not available and you would like a refund please contact Groupon.

I just purchased option 3, called to make my reservation and am being told (twice) that option 5 is the only option available. The reservationist told me that they are trying to straighten this out with Groupon but if my option is not available, will I get a refund?

We would like too go with another couple can I just email them this link. They don't have groupons. Or would I have too order both of them and give the hotel reservation two different names at check in.

You can buy an extra groupon as a gift or they would need to sign up to groupon to purchase it.

A:

The complimentary shuttle only departs from Montego Bay Airport. You can rent a car from Kingston Airport it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

When I called to ask about availability and weather we could add a wedding package (or if one would be included since we'd be staying 8 nights), the customer service representative asked for the Groupon Code. I wonder if you don't get the code until you book? I don't want to book if the date we want isn't available. What is the Groupon Code for this offer? Thanks!

Once you purchased yout groupon you get a code.if you are just calling to inquire about availability you dont need a code

Q:

I've been on hold for 30 min waiting to talk to a representative to find out if the dates I want to travel are available before I book the groupon. While I'm waiting the Option 4 sells out! This was the one that I wanted! How frustrating. I can't find anywhere hours that you can make reservations or talk to someone on the vendor's website, I don't want to be on hold all night, the hours should be clearly listed. Please list the hours that you can actually speak to a person on the website.

I am sorry your preferred dates are not available. However availability changes everyday, if you have already bought your groupon and the dates you would like are not available , please contact groupon costumer service for a refund.
