I would like to possibly purchase this for a gift for my daughter and her boyfriend. They are both over 18 but I am not sure they will have a credit card available at check in. Can they use my card? And if so do they have to bring it with them?

I apologize for the confusion. The inn will be willing to accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children, however If a cot / rollaway bed is required there would be a $20 charge.
