Q:

Aloha, is there any airport pick-up drop-off offered? Just trying to figure out how to get from Kona's airport to the location.

Paul E.  asked on  Oct 23, 2013

A:

Transportation services are offered to and from Hilo airport. The price is $45 per person (if more than one person) or $65 for a single pick-up/drop off. The regular taxi rate is about $90. Contact the Kalani directly with any alternate transportation requests at (808) 965-7828.

Q:

1) Suppose I choose the 9-14 option, and want to extend my stay to the 17'th how does that work? 2) Do you provide complimentary e-mail access in the lobby areas?

Royden C.  asked on  Oct 17, 2013

I'm very sorry for the delay. If you'd like to add additional days to your stay, you can do so through the hotel at their regular rate when you're booking. Wireless internet is available, along with a computer station in the lobby.
